Account Setup explains how to create an account, the rules around account ownership, and what to do if you experience issues during registration.

Creating an account

To get started, open the registration page and complete the required details. Once registration is completed successfully, you can log in immediately.

Use accurate personal details when registering. This helps avoid issues later if your account needs to be verified.

Who can create an account?

  • You must meet the minimum age requirement

  • You must use your own personal details

  • Only one account per person is allowed

Under our terms and conditions, only one account is allowed per individual. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in consequences.

Why can’t I have more than one account?

To ensure fair play and meet regulatory requirements, multiple or duplicate accounts are not permitted. If more than one account is detected, the accounts may be permanently suspended, withdrawals blocked, and related activity reviewed in line with the Terms and Conditions.### Specific Scenarios

1. Creating a New Account with Different Details

You cannot register a new account using different personal ID or address details. The system is designed to detect and prevent duplicate accounts.

2. Creating a New Account After Account Blocking

If your current account is blocked, you are not permitted to create a new account using a different email or any other details. The one-account-per-individual rule remains in effect.

3. Closing and Reopening Accounts

Closing your existing account does not grant you the ability to open a new one. Once an account is closed, the one-account-per-individual rule still applies.

4. Permanently Closing an Account

If you permanently close your account and delete all associated data, you will not be able to register a new account. The system will block any attempts to create a new account.

5. Creating Accounts for Promotions

Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of promotions, such as referral or friend promotions, is prohibited. Violating this rule may result in the suspension of all related accounts and the blocking of withdrawals.

Most registration issues can be resolved quickly by following these steps.

  • Try a different browser (Chrome recommended)

  • Try a different device (PC, tablet, or smartphone)

Registration still doesn’t work

If you’re still unable to create an account after trying the steps above, the issue may require a manual review by our team.
