How to request a withdrawal
You can request a withdrawal at any time by logging in to your account.
Open the Menu.
Select Withdraw.
Choose your payment method.
Note: You generally need to use the same method used for your deposits. If you deposited using your Credit Card, you can withdraw using your bank.
Enter the amount and confirm.
Requirements before withdrawing
To ensure your request is processed without delay, please check the following:
Deposit history: You must have made at least one successful deposit.
Wagering: Per of our T&Cs, deposited funds must be wagered at least two times (2x) before they can be withdrawn. You must ensure that you have fully wagered your deposit, as this is mandatory for all users to comply with our policies.
Additional Documentation Requirements
In most cases, additional documentation is unnecessary for processing withdrawal requests. However, during the review phase, we may request further verification. If so:
You will receive an email detailing the required documents.
The email will include instructions for uploading the requested files. If no documentation is requested, withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
Fees and Limits
Fees: Withdrawals may be subject to a processing fee depending on the method. Any applicable costs will be clearly displayed on the Withdrawal page before you confirm the request.
Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. You can view the specific limits for your account on the Withdraw page.
Processing Timeframe
Our verification team aims to complete the withdrawal process within 24 hours. Please check your email regularly for updates or notifications about your request.
