Managing Your Account & Troubleshooting

How to view your history, understand betting limits, troubleshoot placement issues, and handle technical difficulties.

Where can I find my bet history?

You can track all your activity in two places:

  1. My Bets: Located at the top of the Sports page or via your bet slip. This shows Open (active) and Settled (finished) bets.

  2. Free Bet History: Located under the Sports Bonus section, in the Menu. Here you can filter by date to see active and past bonuses.

Can I cancel my bet?

No. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by our system, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please always double-check your stake and selections before hitting the confirm button.

Why can’t I place a bet?

If your bet is being rejected, check the following:

  • Suspended Market: The event may have started, or something significant (like a goal or penalty) just happened, causing a temporary freeze.

  • Connection Issues: Your internet connection may be unstable.

  • Bonus Restrictions: You may be trying to use a bonus on a market that isn't eligible.

  • Limits: You may have exceeded the maximum stake for that event.

Troubleshooting Steps: If you suspect a technical error:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  2. Try a different browser (we recommend Chrome).

  3. Log out and log back in.

Why did the odds change when I placed a bet?

Sports odds are dynamic. In Live Betting, odds change second-by-second.

  • If the odds change while you are placing the bet, there is a short delay.

  • You will usually see a prompt asking you to Accept New Odds. The bet will not be placed unless you confirm this new price.

Can I use the same balance for Casino and Sports?

Yes. Your Real Money balance is shared and can be used across the entire site.

  • Note on Bonuses: Bonuses funds are usually separated. A Casino Bonus cannot be used on Sports, and vice versa. Winnings from bonuses only move to your real money balance once wagering requirements are met.
