File size: Between 100 KB and 10 MB (recommended: around 800 KB).
Document clarity: All four corners must be visible; no missing or cut-off text; image must be clear and readable.
Please note: Scanned, edited, or cropped images are not accepted. Screenshots are not accepted, except for e-wallet, crypto, or online bank proofs.
Verification status and review time
Once all required documents are received, verification begins automatically.
If everything is clear and in the correct format, verification usually takes a few hours. In some cases, it may take up to 72 hours if additional checks are required.
You’ll be notified once verification is completed, and the status can be checked anytime from the Account Verification page.
