Verification

Learn why verification is required, how to submit documents, and what happens if verification is incomplete.

Updated this week

Overview

Verification helps protect your account, your funds, and your personal information.

It is also a regulatory requirement that ensures all accounts are used safely and fairly.

You may be asked to verify your account at different stages, depending on your activity or account status.

Why verification is required

Verification is required to:

  • Confirm your identity

  • Protect your account from fraud

  • Meet licensing and regulatory obligations

Just like banks and other financial institutions, identity checks are necessary to keep accounts secure and compliant with data protection laws.

When verification is requested

You may be asked to submit documents in the following situations:

  • After registration

  • Before your first withdrawal

  • If there is a change to your account information

  • If additional checks are required

You’ll be notified when verification is needed, and documents can be submitted from the Account Verification page.

Submitting your documents

How to submit documents

Documents must be uploaded directly through the Account Verification page.

Make sure the documents you upload match the information registered on your account.

Document requirements

Accepted formats and quality requirements

  • Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, BMP, PNG, and PDF (for online documents, always upload the original file).

  • File size: Between 100 KB and 10 MB (recommended: around 800 KB).

  • Document clarity: All four corners must be visible; no missing or cut-off text; image must be clear and readable.

  • Please note: Scanned, edited, or cropped images are not accepted. Screenshots are not accepted, except for e-wallet, crypto, or online bank proofs.

Verification status and review time

Once all required documents are received, verification begins automatically.

If everything is clear and in the correct format, verification usually takes a few hours. In some cases, it may take up to 72 hours if additional checks are required.

You’ll be notified once verification is completed, and the status can be checked anytime from the Account Verification page.

If there is an issue with your documents

I submitted the wrong documents

If a document does not meet the requirements, you’ll be informed which document needs to be replaced.

You can check your Account Verification page to see what action is required and upload the correct file.

Why documents may be rejected

Common reasons for rejection

Documents may be rejected if they are unclear or unreadable, expired or invalid, missing required details (name, address, date), or not matching the information on your account. Before uploading again, ensure the document meets all format and quality requirements.

If you can’t submit or provide documents

I can’t upload my documents

What to check before trying again

Confirm file size is within the allowed range, file format is accepted, clear browser cache and cookies, and try a different browser or device (Chrome recommended).

I don’t have the requested documents

If you don’t have one of the requested documents, alternative options may be available.

Verification cannot be completed without valid documents. Review the list of accepted alternatives before uploading.

What happens if verification is not completed

Verification is mandatory for all players.

  • Your account may be restricted

  • Withdrawals will not be processed

  • Your account may be closed for security reasons

All information submitted during verification is handled securely and processed in line with data protection laws.
